Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry using the form on the home page, we collect your name, service address, city, ZIP code, plan interest, preferred contact method, and the corresponding phone number or email. You may also provide another contact detail, a waitlist preference, and notes.

We use this information to review your address, respond, and manage waitlist interest. Please don't include payment details or sensitive information in your notes. An inquiry does not book service or take payment.

How inquiries are handled

Accepted inquiries are stored in the website database. Service providers support hosting, the database, notifications, and analytics. The owner's alert includes the inquiry number, selected plan, and waitlist choice.

Website providers may also process technical information such as an IP address and browser details. The website platform has analytics enabled to help understand website usage.

Payments and retention

The inquiry form does not request card information. If your address and plan are approved later, CurbHounds may send a Stripe-hosted payment link.

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for inquiry records.
