What the planned service would do

CurbHounds would move household bins between your home and the curb. Your existing waste collector would pick up the trash; this service would not replace trash collection or disposal.

Full Valet would include taking up to three standard household bins out before pickup and bringing them back after collection. With Return Only, you would put the bins out and CurbHounds would bring them back.

Plans and pricing

Full Valet is $45 per month for up to three standard household bins. Residents age 65 and older can request the same Full Valet service for $40 per month. Return Only is $30 per month.

The inquiry form does not take payment. After confirming your address and plan, we may send a secure Stripe-hosted payment link. Payment starts a monthly subscription and will be charged automatically each month until canceled.

Availability and getting started

Planned initial routes prioritize South Lake Charles, while other areas may be considered at the owner's discretion. Each address is reviewed manually, and availability is not guaranteed.

If your address is not a fit for a planned route, you can ask about the waitlist. Submitting an inquiry or asking to join a waitlist does not guarantee availability, book a visit, or start service.

If your address is a fit, we'll discuss the plan, service details, and any access needs with you before service begins.

Service issues and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly. To cancel before your next monthly charge, contact CurbHounds at (337) 279-7007 or info@curbhounds.com. Service continues through the end of the current paid period.

There is no automatic prorated refund for unused time, except where a refund is required by law. Please contact us with any service or billing concerns.

How missed visits and service interruptions will be handled has not yet been finalized. These details need to be confirmed before service begins.
